Shipping Policy

HOW DOES OUR SHIPPING WORK AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Once your package ships, you will receive an automated email with all the relevant tracking information, as well as instructions on how to track your order.

Please do not panic if your items do not arrive immediately because they’re most certainly on their way and you can always track them by visiting “Track Order” page or emailing our support who will do their best to answer within 24 hours.

WHAT ARE YOUR PROCESSING TIMES?

We process orders between Monday and Friday within 1-3 business days, depending on the amount of orders we get. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance if we ship internationally but our specified shipping times account for most of that.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes. Cancellations are possible for up to 2 hours after your order confirmation. Once 2 hours have passed, you cannot cancel your order or edit the delivery address.

If you wish to cancel, please send us an email at admin@woolleye.com and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.

We will process all refunds within 48 hours.

Please note that it’s impossible to cancel an order once it’s been shipped, to prevent customer fraud where someone gets to keep both the product and the money.

If you wish to cancel your order after your package has been shipped, you’ll need to wait until you receive it and then send it back to us for a refund. We do not refund back shipping costs unless you received a damaged/defective/incorrect item from us.
