Refund Policy

We accept E-mail requests for refunds within 30 days of you receiving your items. If the item is in your possession for more than 30 days, it is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement.

We do not refund items that are not in their original condition or packaging, as well as items that are damaged, defective, or missing parts for reasons other than our error.

Non-refundable items:
Gift Cards;
Return Shipping Costs (unless the item was received damaged/defective due to our error or if we sent you the wrong item).

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once your refund is approved, you will receive a refund to your original method of payment within 48 hours.
If you paid with a credit/debit card, it takes 5-10 days for the refund to show up on your statement after we process it.
You will also receive a refund confirmation email from us stating that your order has been refunded and showing the refunded amount, the item refunded, and the account/card credited.

Return Terms:

Any item you return must be in the same condition (NEW) you received it and in the original packaging. The item can be in used condition (opened packaging) if you originally received it broken/damaged/defective
We do not provide a return label and it is the customer’s responsibility to get one. We also don’t pay for returns shipping unless you received a damaged/defective/incorrect product from us.
Customers can only return their items by mail.
There is no restocking fee.
Customers must return the items within 30 days of receiving them.
